Sherman Firefly IC (sand shields) miniature, representing the British-modified Sherman tank armed with the powerful 17-pounder anti-tank gun and fitted with protective sand shields during World War II. Based on the M4 Sherman hull, the Firefly IC combined the reliable Sherman platform with greatly improved anti-armor firepower.

This version features sand shields mounted along the lower hull and track areas, helping reduce the buildup of sand, mud, and debris around the suspension and running gear. The 17-pounder gun gave the Firefly the ability to engage heavily armored German tanks at longer ranges, making it one of the most important Allied Sherman conversions of the war.

Used by British, Canadian, Polish, and other Commonwealth forces, the Sherman Firefly IC (sand shields) is perfect for WWII dioramas, late-war wargaming forces, Normandy campaign scenes, or historical armored vehicle collections in multiple scales.

Please note: This model comes in two pieces. The turret is a separate piece and can rotate, allowing you to position it as desired for display, dioramas, or wargaming.
