Shipping policy
We ship five days a week, Monday-Friday, with most orders going out in a couple of days. Orders placed after our mail pick-up on Friday will generally ship out on Monday, or Tuesday if it requires a 3D print. Please note that some products may have a longer 3D print lead-time due to larger parts or failed prints that delay the order. Miniature Tanks Company is not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order!
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Most USA packages are delivered within 2-7 days shipping via USPS (US Post office). We take full responsibility in getting your package to you regardless of carrier loss or mishandling.
We are 100% at their mercy for packages arriving on time. Because of this, we do not guarantee package delivery times, and can't offer refunds on shipping due to a missed delivery expectations. We do not offer next-day service, as there's no guarantee it will arrive to you on time.
Additionally, all 3D printed items will need to be printed prior to shipping, depending on your selection and product, this may delay your shipment up to a few days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DUTIES/IMPORT:
We ship to nearly every country worldwide. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees, so please check on your own countries policies for expected costs involved. We do not offer express services for international, due to the high cost and poor reliability.
International delivery times are generally between 2-5 weeks. Please expect longer shipping times depending on your location. We do not offer shipping time-frame guarantees, but do take 100% responsibility for your package arriving safely.
