The Canadian Ram I (box) tank was an early variant of the Ram I medium tank used during World War II. It featured a distinctive boxy superstructure and a fully rotating turret equipped with a 2-pounder (40mm) gun. While primarily used for training purposes and not seeing combat, it was crucial in the development of Canadian armored vehicle production and the advancement to later models like the Ram II.
