The Churchill Gun Carrier (full guards) miniature depicts a rare British experimental vehicle developed during World War II. Based on the Churchill infantry tank chassis, it was armed with a powerful 3-inch gun mounted in a fixed superstructure. This version includes full-length track guards, giving it a bulkier, more fortified appearance. Although it never saw combat, the design reflects Britain's efforts to create heavy tank destroyers early in the war.
