BTR-152v3 miniature, representing one of the later modernized versions of the Soviet 6×6 armored personnel carrier introduced in the early 1960s. The v3 variant was fitted with a central tire inflation system (CTIS), allowing the crew to adjust tire pressure from inside the vehicle for better mobility in mud, sand, or snow. It also featured an armored roof with hatches, giving improved protection compared to earlier open-topped versions, while still carrying up to 13–17 soldiers. Lightly armed, typically with a machine gun, it was widely used by Soviet and Warsaw Pact forces and exported to allied nations during the Cold War. This model is a distinctive choice for Cold War–era dioramas, wargaming scenery, or military vehicle collections in multiple scales.
