T1E3 Mine Exploder miniature, representing the American mine-clearing roller attachment fitted to M4 Sherman tanks during World War II. Also known by the nickname “Aunt Jemima,” the T1E3 used two large roller assemblies mounted in front of the tank to detonate pressure-activated mines before the Sherman passed over them.

This unusual engineering vehicle was designed to clear paths through minefields during battlefield operations, helping armored units advance through dangerous terrain. Each roller assembly used multiple large metal discs, giving the vehicle its distinctive “pancake” appearance and making it one of the most recognizable Sherman mine-clearing conversions.

Perfect for WWII engineering vehicle dioramas, minefield-clearing scenes, Allied armored wargaming forces, or historical vehicle collections in multiple scales.
